How to dance like a Douche and plank like a Pro

You put your left foot in you put your left foot out you put your left foot in and you shake it all about...

I became aware last night after another epic meal at Canton, (Thank you Buddha for giving us Canton) that my friends are ones to look out for on the dance floor. Look out as in, look out for flailing limbs flying at you.

Here is a few lessons in how they cut shapes, but before this I would like to share with you the teachings of Planking.

Firstly you will need to find a black belt super sayan like Hong here to hold your weight.

Always bend the knees, chest to shoulder.

Lift off! And you are planking.

Other popular places for planking.

A set of drawers.

A beer? Sure why not just make sure you have a super hulk and a super sayan on hand so not to impale yourself.

Want to dance like a Douche? Watch and learn.

Firstly, choose a dance partner of the same or similar height . Not so much like this.

More like this.

Bend the knees, and proceed to push the pelvis forward and back,  Arms slightly extended.

Hands in the air.

Put it all together. Everybody.

Trying to force unwilling participants does not always work.

Get your hair into it. Watch that wine.

Out in full force at The Kings Arms cutting shapes.
Careful placement of the arms is vital so not to look retarded like our  example on the right.
I hope this has been a real eye opener for you all.

One last thing, choose your dancing shoes wisely.

Happy Sunday people. Only five more Sunday's left in NZ for me.
